Description

You will design and implement architectural patterns to modernize legacy systems and data workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Decouple monolithic systems into discrete, manageable components.
• Transition existing workflows away from traditional ETL processes.
• Document complex data orchestration, existing data structures, and process flows.
• Unravel system dependencies to facilitate architectural transitions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a Solution Architect role.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Java.
• Proven experience with Azure, specifically Databricks, EventHub, and AKS.
• Proficiency with SQL Server for relational database management.
• Experience with Cassandra for NoSQL requirements.
• Strong technical documentation skills for mapping data and processes.
• Ability to communicate complex architectural decisions clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Yugabyte or Postgres.
