Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design Voice AI solution architectures for enterprise deployments, integrating AI voice agents with telephony platforms.
• Build and run technical demonstrations and proof of concepts in real telephony environments, supporting customer pilots and early deployments.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions with contact center, IT infrastructure, telephony, and security/compliance stakeholders.
• Create and share solution architecture documents, integration design documents, deployment diagrams, API integration documentation, and security/compliance artifacts.
• Coordinate across Sales and Delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation while managing multiple enterprise engagements.

Skills Required:

• 5 - 8 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or enterprise technical consulting for voice/contact center or conversational AI.
• Speech Recognition experience for voice-based conversational flows and voice agent capabilities.
• LLM-based conversational systems and solution design for enterprise voice interactions.
• Enterprise integration architecture experience involving APIs and contact center/telephony infrastructure.
• Ability to produce technical artifacts including architecture diagrams, integration documentation, and security/compliance documentation for RFP responses.

Good to Have:

• Experience with AI/ML and agentic AI approaches for conversational automation.
• Experience with telephony solutions such as Genesys and Avaya.

Education: B.Tech / B.Tech M.Tech (Dual) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Science and Technology, Computer Science Engineering, or Computer Science and Information Security
