Description

Define solution architecture for GenAI and AWS-based systems, translating business requirements into scalable designs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into high-level and low-level design documents (HLD/LLD).
• Architect real-time and batch data flows, including employee profile modeling and skills graphs.
• Define API-first integration strategies and microservices for HRIS, talent, and payroll systems.
• Establish security architecture (SSO, RBAC, encryption) and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Guide engineering teams during implementation and conduct architecture reviews.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture.
• Deep expertise in AWS services and cloud-native design.
• Experience with GenAI use cases, including assistants, summarization, and insights.
• Strong understanding of event-driven workflows and microservices.
• Proficiency in defining integration architecture across external and internal systems.
• Knowledge of security standards, observability, and monitoring strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with workforce analytics and career pathing logic.
• Familiarity with vendor/SaaS integration management.
