Description

Design and build enterprise-grade frameworks supporting Generative AI solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers developing full-stack GenAI foundational services and frameworks.
• Architect and implement scalable infrastructure components for enterprise AI/ML initiatives.
• Define integration strategy for LLMs and Agentic AI models into core systems.
• Collaborate with platform, data, and ML teams on GenAI data pipelines, training, and monitoring.
• Ensure GenAI solutions meet enterprise architecture, scalability, and performance targets.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in building scalable, enterprise-grade frameworks.
• Expertise in LLMs and Agentic AI integration.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, Scala, PySpark, Spark, and Snowflake.
• Extensive experience with AWS services (ECS, Lambda, S3, Glue).
• Experience developing microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with GenAI frameworks and APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Google Vertex AI).
• Ability to establish coding standards and enforce CI/CD controls.
• Knowledge of OWASP best practices for security compliance.
