You will design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Lead the development, deployment, and integration of Salesforce applications with other systems.
• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce Administration, including user management, security settings, and data management.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions function as intended.
• Mentor team members on Salesforce best practices and document architectural processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with a focus on solution architecture and Salesforce Administration.
• Proven experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and user management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security features.
• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in various business contexts.
• Knowledge of integration tools, techniques, APIs, and middleware.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator, Certified Architect).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools like Apex and Visualforce.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
