Description

Lead solution architecture and technical design for enterprise programs, owning end-to-end delivery from design through post-go-live stabilization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and reliable systems using API-first and event-driven patterns.
• Integrate AI-enabled capabilities such as automation, intelligent routing, and data enrichment.
• Govern technical delivery across design, build, test, deployment, and stabilization phases.
• Partner with DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams to drive execution and troubleshooting.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions while mentoring offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years overall IT experience, including 5+ years as a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Lead.
• Hands-on expertise with API gateways (Kong preferred) and event-driven systems (Solace, Kafka, MQ).
• Design experience with secure, PII-aware architectures, including data masking and encryption in transit/at rest.
• Cloud experience on AWS with strong collaboration in DevOps environments.
• Proven track record of full lifecycle delivery and legacy system modernization.
• Ability to provide hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting, not just advisory oversight.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying AI to integration platforms, messaging workflows, or operational monitoring.
• Familiarity with data pipelines and analytics supporting AI solutions.
