Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture design for global supply chain solutions including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and order fulfillment under supervision of principle solution architect.
- Develop target-state solutions aligned with enterprise standards and digital transformation goals across existing legacy systems, future ERP, PLM, MES, WMS, TMS, and external partner systems.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure adherence to architectural principles and design standards during project execution.
- Partner with business units including Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service to define functional requirements.
- Oversee supported supply chain activities daily to ensure uninterrupted operations across all supported business units including planning.
- Maintain and optimize planning systems and processes to support consistent product availability and service levels across all supported business units.
- Identify and address IT issues as primary point of contact and optimize infrastructure, hardware, software and processes in partnership with GSC business team.
- Lead and manage a team of technical resources located offshore, ensuring high performance, motivation, and professional development.
- Analyze and manage the supply chain aspects of franchise operations, ensuring alignment with market demands and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with business development teams to assess supply chain implications of new business opportunities and integration requirements.
Experience Required: Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT solution architecture with at least 4 years focusing on supply chain planning systems and at least 3 years in a managerial role. Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain process and applications is required. Expert in application support including problem analysis and resolution with strong analytical and critical thinking mindset.
Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Alternatively, 10+ years in similar IT solution roles focusing on planning and supply chain operations in consumer product industries
