Roles and Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement software solutions using C++ and Microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business and technical requirements, ensuring clear communication across all project stakeholders.
• Apply V-cycle and SysML methodologies for structured design and deployment of solutions.
• Manage requirements effectively, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety protocols relevant to railway signalling.
• Utilize knowledge of network protocols (e.g., OPC, SOAP, 0MQ) for system communication and integration.
• Design scalable, reliable, and secure solutions that align with enterprise architecture principles.
• Ensure system design meets performance, scalability, and maintainability requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting best practices in software development.
• Engage in design reviews, code inspections, and architecture validation sessions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of architecture frameworks, standards, and processes.
• Demonstrate autonomy, accountability, and proactive problem-solving in project execution.

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in C++ programming and Windows-based development.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and API design.
• Solid understanding of system design, integration, and network communication protocols.
• Familiarity with V-cycle, SysML, and industrial system development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Railway Signalling or other safety-critical industrial domains is an advantage.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
