You will define the technical blueprint for product and service delivery, ensuring architectures meet bank needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design cost-effective product solutions while managing the design backlog through the agile lifecycle.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps Engineers to resolve operational issues, including security, performance, and alerting.
• Translate business requirements into actionable product needs that guide technology development and service direction.
• Manage and escalate risks and issues to prevent surprises and identify cross-platform dependencies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience as a Solution Architect.
• Ability to align solutions with platform architecture, group standards, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience managing governance when deviating from reference architectures or policies.
• Skilled in ensuring peer review and traceability of solution design decisions.
• Familiarity with agile development lifecycle management.
