You will provide technical consultation for active projects and contribute to presales and sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Guide decisions between customizations versus standard feature usage and manage technical debt.
• Contribute to building Intellectual Properties for the Practice.
• Integrate and approve UST Accelerators that work with Dynamics.
• Build demonstrations focused on AI features in F&O.
• Handle data migration, security modeling, and reporting implementation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in CRM/enterprise applications, with 6+ years specifically in AX/FnO.
• Strong functional knowledge in at least two domains (e.g., Finance and Supply Chain).
• Expertise in Dynamics F&O Architecture and Solutioning.
• Experience with LCS, Azure DevOps, and Power Platform.
• Proficiency with Microsoft integration tools, including Logic Apps and Data Management Framework.
• Mandatory Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience leading global or multi-entity rollouts and CRM-ERP integration.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance implications within Finance systems.
