Description

You will lead technical architecture for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects, guiding implementation strategies and presales efforts.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation for active projects and manage technical debt decisions.
• Guide stakeholders on customization versus standard feature usage in Dynamics F&O.
• Build demonstrations focused on AI features and integrate UST Accelerators.
• Handle data migration, security modeling, and reporting implementation.
• Contribute to building Intellectual Properties and support global or multi-entity rollouts.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in CRM/enterprise applications, with 6+ years specifically in AX/FnO.
• Expertise in Dynamics F&O Architecture and Solutioning.
• Strong functional knowledge in at least two domains (e.g., Finance and Supply Chain).
• Experience with LCS, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, Logic Apps, and Data Management Framework.
• Mandatory Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience leading global rollouts and CRM-ERP integration.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance implications within Finance systems.
