Description

You will define product architectures, API specifications, and data models for telecom BSS solutions while translating customer requirements into functional designs for development teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own product architecture, API specifications, and domain data modeling for BSS components.
• Translate customer requirements and use cases into detailed functional specifications for development.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to evolve architecture and mitigate risks.
• Document product architecture for internal and external stakeholders.
• Respond to customer RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to support global business development.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience building high-volume transactional software products.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into technical product designs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage and drive execution on large, complex projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant industry experience.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software design or integration within the Telecom BSS domain, including Billing, Charging, Mediation, or Product Catalog.
• Experience designing cloud-scale enterprise software deployed globally for 24x7 service.
