Description

You will lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of scalable ServiceNow architectures encompassing ITSM, ITOM, and IT Asset Management.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, workflows, and system integrations.
• Develop custom applications, business rules, script includes, and automation scripts within the platform.
• Architect and deploy MID Server clusters to facilitate secure communication with on-premises systems.
• Execute platform migrations and upgrades while managing CMDB configuration and CI relationships.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, and HRIS using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in IT architecture or related roles.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API for platform customization.
• Hands-on experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Proven ability to design end-to-end business flows and complex system integrations.
• Experience managing ServiceNow modules including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Mapping.
• Strong knowledge of MID Server deployment and management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
