Description

You will lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable ServiceNow architectures for ITSM, ITOM, and Asset Management.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop custom applications, business rules, script includes, and automation scripts.
• Architect and deploy MID Server clusters for secure on-premises communication.
• Execute platform migrations, upgrades, and CMDB configuration management.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in IT architecture.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API for platform customization.
• Hands-on experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Proven ability to design end-to-end business flows and complex system integrations.
• Experience managing ServiceNow modules including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Mapping.
• Strong knowledge of MID Server deployment and management.
• Integration experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS) using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
