Description

You will architect and implement solutions within the OSS Service Fulfillment domain.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement applications across the OSS Service Fulfillment domain and manage their integration.
• Analyze existing architecture and interfaces to identify integration points.
• Implement captured functional requirements into working solutions.
• Develop relationships with project and program stakeholders.
• Develop scripts, flows, and solutions using established methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in solution design and implementation within Telecom OSS.
• Experience designing solutions for Service Provisioning, Service Activation, Service Order Management, Network Inventory Management, and Service Assurance.
• Hands-on experience implementing solutions using OSS COTS platforms (ServiceNow, Ciena BluePlanet, Netcracker).
• Experience integrating various platforms and solutions.
• Familiarity with wireless technologies (3G, 4G, 5G), satellite communication, IP/MPLS, or optical networks.
• Understanding of TM Forum business processes (order to activate, plan to provision).
• Hands-on experience implementing client or server-side of TMF OSS APIs.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or Shell Scripting, and experience with Oracle, MySQL, or Graph DB.
