Description

You will architect and implement solutions within the OSS Service Fulfillment domain, managing integration and translating functional requirements into working systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement applications across the OSS Service Fulfillment domain.
• Analyze existing architecture to identify integration points and opportunities.
• Implement captured functional requirements into production-ready solutions.
• Develop scripts, flows, and solutions using established methodologies.
• Build and maintain relationships with project and program stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in solution design and implementation within Telecom OSS.
• Hands-on experience with OSS COTS platforms: ServiceNow, Ciena BluePlanet, or Netcracker.
• Experience designing solutions for Service Provisioning, Activation, Order Management, Network Inventory, and Assurance.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or Shell Scripting.
• Database experience with Oracle, MySQL, or Graph DB.
• Hands-on implementation of TMF OSS APIs (client or server-side).
• Understanding of TM Forum business processes (order-to-activate, plan-to-provision).
• Familiarity with wireless (3G/4G/5G), satellite, IP/MPLS, or optical networks.
