Description

You will lead technical oversight for an application modernization project migrating from on-prem Oracle to Azure Gov PostgreSQL.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to the development team during implementation.
• Review project artifacts to ensure alignment with the modernization roadmap.
• Execute full-stack development work and integrate with DevOps workflows.
• Manage source control, automated unit testing, and gated check-ins.
• Maintain build and release pipelines through CI/CD implementation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle databases.
• 10+ years of experience with PostgreSQL databases.
• 10+ years of experience with SQL.
• 10+ years of experience with HTML.
• Expertise in PERL.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with Azure services and database replication architecture.
• Experience implementing CI/CD, build, and release pipelines.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodology.
