Solution Architect – Kinaxis RapidResponse

Architect end-to-end supply chain planning solutions using the Kinaxis RapidResponse platform. Develop long-term enterprise strategies for platform roll-outs and establish industry-standard processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution configuration and troubleshoot technical or functional issues during implementation.
• Design and deploy advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning to solve complex supply chain challenges.
• Implement continuous process improvements and integrate legacy data and spreadsheets into Kinaxis RR.
• Define enterprise strategies for Kinaxis RR platform adoption across the organization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning Solutions, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP.
• 4+ years of direct experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Proven track record as a Solution Architect for at least two complete Kinaxis RR implementation projects.
• Expertise in Kinaxis RR data modeling, data management, key control settings, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience configuring Workbooks, Worksheets, Reports, Forms, and Scripts in RapidResponse.
• Deep knowledge of Kinaxis RR integration with SAP.
• Strong functional knowledge in Inventory Optimization, Constrained Planning, and S&OP.
• Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Management Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Kinaxis RapidResponse Author Level 3 or Solution Consultant Level 3 certification.
• Domain knowledge in Retail, Wholesale Retail, or Manufacturing.
• Experience with similar planning applications such as SAP IBP, o9, or Blue Yonder.
