Description

You will own the solution architecture and high-level design for business domains, translating complex requirements into technical roadmaps. You act as the single point of contact between IT and business stakeholders, leading implementation teams and managing the delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and decompose solutions into domains, creating epics, stories, and REST-based microservice APIs.
• Lead implementation teams through agile delivery, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and business goals.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering Managers to shape solution design and drive technology adoption.
• Present technical proposals to diverse audiences and conduct POCs to evaluate emerging technologies.
• Promote code reuse through inner sourcing and maintain best practices in software design.

Required Skills

• 6-8+ years of solution architecture experience with a master understanding of design principles and patterns.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Experience with AWS services and containerization tools including RedHat OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Deep knowledge of SQL and NoSQL DBMS: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB.
• Proven record in Agile/Lean methodologies and DevOps processes with CI/CD tools.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into clear technical definitions and success metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, or related field.
