Description

You will design and implement technical solutions for key banking initiatives across diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Build technology visions and strategies for specific business domains.
• Act as the single point of contact between IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering Managers to align product roadmaps and feature delivery.
• Lead development teams during implementation by decomposing solutions into domains, APIs, epics, and stories.
• Conduct proofs of concept to evaluate new technologies and emerging industry trends.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of solution architecture experience including high-level design and solution decomposition.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with microservices design and REST-based APIs.
• Proficiency in Java and Java frameworks such as Spring and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience with AWS services.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of containerization tools like RedHat OpenShift, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of software design principles, architecture patterns, and Agile/Lean methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps processes and CI/CD tools.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to present complex technical proposals to both technical and non-technical audiences.
