Description

You will design and implement technology strategies for specific business domains and solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build technology visions and strategies using a holistic approach to solution analysis and design.
• Act as the single point of contact between IT and business stakeholders to align technical designs with business capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering Managers to shape product roadmaps and feature delivery.
• Lead development teams during implementation by translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct proof of concepts to evaluate new technologies and promote code re-use through inner sourcing.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in solution architecture.
• Expertise in creating high-level design documents, solution decomposition, and API design.
• Proficiency with Java and Java frameworks including Spring and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience with REST-based microservices design.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, or MongoDB.
• Deep understanding of software design principles and major architecture patterns.
• Proven track record in Agile/Lean development methodologies and agile delivery.
• Experience with AWS services and containerization tools like RedHat OpenShift, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of DevOps processes and CI/CD tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within large, global organizations.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into clear technical roadmaps.
