Description

Define the technology vision and strategy for assigned business domains, owning solution analysis, design, planning, and implementation. You act as the primary bridge between IT and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into technical roadmaps.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct solution analysis and design for strategic execution, serving as the single point of contact between IT and business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop solution designs for assigned business capabilities and present technical proposals to diverse audiences.
• Lead development teams during implementation, decomposing solutions and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Define technology roadmaps from ambiguous business needs, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of solution architecture experience creating design documents and decomposing complex solutions.
• Strong experience with Microservice design, specifically REST-based APIs.
• Deep understanding of software design principles and major architecture patterns.
• Experience with AGILE/Lean development methodologies.
• Strong proficiency with AWS services.
• Strong proficiency with Java and Java frameworks, including Spring and Springboot.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL DBMS, such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with containerization tools like RedHat OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Good understanding of DevOps processes and CI/CD tools.
