Description

Design and document modular, reusable solution architectures for Human Capital and Payroll systems. Collaborate with product delivery and operational support teams to define technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop application transformation roadmaps and modernization strategies.
• Implement architecture governance processes focusing on design patterns and technology standards.
• Maintain a repository of architecture assets, including platforms, services, and APIs, to promote enterprise reuse.
• Enable Agile and DevOps practices across delivery and support teams.
• Design security-first solutions, partnering with security teams to align with customer standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture.
• At least 2 years of experience working on Human Capital or Payroll solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of Human Resource platforms, architectures, and market-leading technologies.
• Understanding of Human Resource regulatory requirements across multiple regions.
• Experience in technology architecture covering business, application, infrastructure, security, and data.
• Proven background in both in-house implementations and SaaS/package deployments.
• Experience with microservices architecture and solutions modularization.
• Knowledge of integration architectures including Service Bus, ETL, API Mediation, and Event Bus models.
• Experience in cloud solution design using IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models across Oracle, Azure, or AWS.
• Proficiency in Information Security, Risk Management, and both classic and Agile delivery methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within insurance, banking, or financial services.
