Key Responsibilities & Organizational Context
Team Capacity: Shared resource supporting up to 3 distinct teams / ARTs.

Stakeholder Management: Serves as the primary architectural authority and key contact for Business Leads, Chief Dev Leads (CDLs), Chief Product Owners (CPOs), and executive stakeholders.

Architectural Defense: Must be able to clearly answer business/technical questions and articulate, defend, and justify design choices to all audience levels.

Governance Alignment: Responsible for adopting, establishing, and enforcing architectural patterns defined at the enterprise level.

Day-to-Day GenAI Usage

Demonstrates practical, daily leverage of Generative AI tools to optimize delivery processes and engineering workflows.
