Description

Design and deliver scalable, secure enterprise technology solutions for Local Government and Council environments, with a primary focus on TechnologyOne ERP platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, including elicitation, documentation, and validation.
• Design application, data, and integration architectures ensuring alignment with enterprise systems.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to drive technology roadmaps and governance standards.
• Support vendor selection, RFQ processes, UAT, and implementation activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, solution architecture, or enterprise systems delivery.
• Proven experience working within Local Government or Council environments is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on exposure to TechnologyOne ERP platforms is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft technologies: Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
• Solid understanding of solution architecture, integration patterns (APIs, middleware), and cloud platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions in complex environments.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ITIL, TOGAF, or similar enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Experience across SaaS platforms and digital service delivery.
