Description

You will define and execute architecture roadmaps for HR, Finance, and employee-facing technology platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and security requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop target-state architectures that support operational goals, regulatory compliance, and seamless employee experiences.
• Provide architecture guidance for Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, AWS, and Azure, defining integration patterns and API strategies.
• Identify opportunities for platform modernization, cloud adoption, and technical debt reduction.
• Evaluate and guide the adoption of AI and automation solutions, including governance and responsible AI considerations.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to assess emerging technologies and recommend practical adoption strategies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total experience, including 5+ years in infrastructure, database architecture, or networking.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure from a DevOps or engineering perspective.
• Strong knowledge of Workday integration and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
• Proficiency in API design, database architecture, and software development principles.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions across hybrid environments.
• Experience working with end-user communities and developer communities.

Preferred Skills

• Strong technical presentation skills, including whiteboard sessions for small and large audiences.
• Experience defining architectural best practices and integration patterns in enterprise settings.
