Description

You will define and lead the architectural design for large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation programs aligned to business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own the solution lifecycle end-to-end, from concept through deployment.
• Act as an architectural advisor across business, application, infrastructure, and security domains.
• Develop detailed architecture deliverables, including blueprints and solution designs.
• Guide the adoption of API-first and microservices-based designs.
• Mentor delivery teams, ensuring architectural consistency and delivery success.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in financial services.
• Proven track record leading transformation programs in a Lead Architect role.
• Expertise in APIs, microservices, ESBs, and event-driven architectures.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including cloud infrastructure, IAM, and DevOps.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Lightning.
• Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance (PCI, SOC 2).
• Ability to balance tactical delivery with long-term strategic goals.
• Demonstrated success working in agile and hybrid delivery environments.
