Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and set technical goals for the mobile development practice.
• Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers to foster continuous learning.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into intuitive mobile applications.
• Drive technical excellence by guiding coding standards and mobile best practices.

Required Skills

• 17+ years of experience in mobile application development.
• Deep expertise in both iOS and Android platforms.
• Hands-on experience with cross-platform frameworks such as React Native and Flutter.
• Practical knowledge of integrating AI/ML and IoT into mobile applications.
• Strong leadership and technical team management capabilities.
• Experience working within agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in mobile development or cloud technologies.
