Description

Design and implement modern data platforms on Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, or Snowflake. Drive data architecture strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable data platforms, pipelines, and real-time processing solutions.
• Lead data modernization initiatives, including cloud migration and analytics transformation.
• Conduct workshops and technical discussions to align stakeholders on data strategies.
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance frameworks for sensitive data.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the Center of Excellence with reusable assets.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience, with strong expertise in data platform architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse/Fabric, AWS Redshift, or GCP BigQuery.
• Proficiency in Databricks or Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT design, and integration.
• Experience with cloud-native tools, data security, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven track record in consulting engagements and client advisory.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
