Description

Responsibilities include:

Design and deliver scalable, secure ServiceNow Security solutions aligned with business and security requirements.

Lead the architecture and implementation of Security Operations (SecOps), Business Continuity Management, and custom security applications.

Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and external security tools, enterprise systems, and data platforms.

Provide technical leadership for workflow automation, solution design, and platform best practices across security initiatives.

Collaborate with Security, Enterprise Architecture, and development teams to ensure compliance with security frameworks such as NIST and ISO.

Create technical documentation, troubleshoot complex issues, and support ongoing platform enhancements and upgrades.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

7+ years of ServiceNow solution architecture experience, including at least 3 years focused on Security Operations (SecOps) implementations.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification required; CIS Security Operations certification preferred.

Strong expertise in ServiceNow Security modules, integrations, security frameworks (NIST, ISO), and supporting enterprise-scale security solutions
