Description

Lead the architecture and implementation of Microsoft Fabric solutions for data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design MS Fabric environments, including sizing, DevOps integration, source control, and production deployment workflows.
• Architect complex ETL data transformations using Azure Data Factory and MS Fabric Data Factory.
• Implement Medallion architecture, Lakehouse structures, and data modeling strategies optimized for self-service reporting.
• Automate the decommissioning of legacy Cognos semantic models and Tableau reports using custom accelerators.
• Manage data governance, including data cataloging and lineage via Microsoft Purview.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture.
• Expertise in Microsoft Fabric platform design and implementation.
• Deep knowledge of Power BI, including pixel-perfect reporting and dashboard creation.
• Proven experience with Data Factory and ETL processes.
• Practical application of Medallion architecture and Lakehouse patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview for data management and lineage.
• Ability to build automation tools for large-scale report migrations.
