Description

Lead the end-to-end solution lifecycle for telco-scale applications, from requirements gathering through delivery and operations.

Responsibilities

• Define project requirements by creating SOW, HLD, LLD, SRD, and NRD documentation.
• Coordinate architecture, planning, installation, commissioning, and system integration processes.
• Manage lab testing, customer acceptance, and technical troubleshooting for network issues.
• Analyze network performance data to identify degradation and present recommended solutions.
• Mentor developers and provide technical support to pre-sales and sales teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of network performance solution architecting experience for telco-scale applications.
• Deep understanding of the OSI model and protocols including Ethernet, IP, and FiberChannel.
• Hands-on experience with L2/L3 protocols: STP, OAM, IPv4/IPv6, OSPF, BGP, and L3VPN.
• Expertise in switching and routing: VLAN, MPLS, PPoE, QoS, and CoS.
• Proficiency with Linux OS (RedHat, Ubuntu, CentOS, Kali) and hypervisors (VMware, KVM, Oracle).
• Working knowledge of cloud-native technologies: containers, Kubernetes, GitLab pipelines, and observability.
• Experience with traffic generators (SmartBits, IXIA) and packet capture tools (Wireshark).
• Ability to use automation tools like TestComplete with JavaScript or similar scripting languages.
• Knowledge of network KPIs including delay, jitter, and packet loss.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing applications using Java, Python, or Go.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Valid CCNA certification.
