Description

Lead end-to-end SAP HCM solution implementations and technical architecture design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complete SAP HCM solutions, coordinating with connected HR systems.
• Manage master data migration processes to new SAP environments.
• Handle client requirements and interface management for system integrations.
• Validate payroll and time management schemas to ensure accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM solution architecture.
• Deep expertise in SAP HR modules: OM, PA, TM, ESS, MSS, PY, and Compensation.
• Strong knowledge of HCM Core processes, including PA, OM, and Hire2Retire configurations.
• Proven experience with both Positive and Negative Time Management.
• Hands-on experience with Payroll and schema validations.
• Solid understanding of system interfaces and SAP ERP products.
• Ability to manage complex master data migrations.
