Description

You will lead the architecture and development of software platforms and data warehouse applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture activities including design, roadmaps, and proof-of-concepts.
• Provide technical guidance to teams of 10-15 members.
• Manage multiple projects and cross-functional tasks with staggered deadlines.
• Identify and communicate technical risks through root cause analysis.
• Define practical solutions within an Agile/SAFe development environment.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of industry experience in software platform and product architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in data warehouse application development and advanced analytics.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing HANA models using analytic privileges and calculation views.
• Expertise in SAP HANA, MS SQL Server, and ETL (BODS, SLT, or SDI).
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data architecture.
• Experience working in SCRUM/SAFe Agile environments.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and influence stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HR/Talent data models, SAP SuccessFactors, or SAP ECC.
• Familiarity with data security, classification standards, and distributed architectures.
• Experience with hybrid cloud/on-premises environments and tools like Crystal Reports, Analysis for Office, Tableau, or Qlik.
