Description

You will own the solution architecture for complex software systems, aligning technical design with business goals.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture vision and trade-offs through proof of concept and benchmarking.
• Map business, information, and technology architectures to satisfy significant requirements.
• Establish communication with key stakeholders and document architecture decisions.
• Review and validate downstream design decisions to ensure alignment with the solution architecture.
• Guide software development, testing, deployment, and project management processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years commercial software development experience.
• 3+ years experience in solution architecture design.
• Strong expertise in .NET 10 and Microservices architecture.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including Azure DevOps, AKS, Azure Databricks, and Azure Service Bus.
• Experience with DBMS: Microsoft SQL and MongoDB.
• Understanding of containerization, orchestration, and SDLC processes.
• Strong grasp of Computer Science fundamentals, including architectural patterns, design principles, and database theory.
• Excellent client-facing and business consulting skills with ability to influence senior decision-makers.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Azure, TOGAF, or SAFe.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, Release Management, and Pre-sales/Proposal preparation.
• Proven track record leading medium to large solution delivery projects.
