Lead the architecture and delivery of complex insurance systems, ensuring alignment with IT target architecture and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of architecture for complex systems, ensuring consistency with IT target architecture and specified requirements.
• Manage solution, program, and enterprise architecture delivery while maintaining stakeholder relationships.
• Implement global policy insurance systems and digital platforms across multiple business units.
• Apply consistent architectural patterns and coding frameworks to new development efforts.
• Drive innovation through applied R&D and manage delivery through influence across global cultures and time zones.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT leadership experience in solution delivery, program delivery, or enterprise architecture.
• 3+ years of experience implementing global policy insurance systems or digital platforms.
• 2+ years of experience delivering insurance solutions leveraging Majesco Policy Admin System.
• Expertise in Microsoft tech stack including ASP.NET Core, C#, and Visual Studio.
• Strong programming background with experience in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with microservices architectures, containers, and cloud services.
• Deep knowledge of API technologies including REST APIs, JSON, Swagger, and authentication (OAuth2, JWT, TLS).
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, React, Polymer, or jQuery.
• Strong database design and usage skills with SQL Server and NoSQL.

Preferred Skills

• Solid understanding of software methodologies including TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, and Agile Delivery Frameworks.
• Experience with DevOps principles using Git, automated deployment, and automated testing.
• Proven background in clean coding, object-oriented principles, and Test Driven Design (TDD).
