Define solution architecture, high-level design, and domain decomposition for enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create solution architecture and high-level design documents, decomposing solutions into domains and defining REST-based microservice APIs.
• Lead implementation teams, translating business requirements into technical epics and stories while managing agile delivery.
• Act as the single point of contact between IT and business stakeholders to build technology vision and strategy.
• Conduct proof of concepts to evaluate new technologies and present complex technical proposals to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering Managers to align product roadmaps and promote inner sourcing re-use.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise process design, and agile/lean methodologies.
• Strong proficiency with Java and frameworks including Spring and Spring Boot.
• Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services and DevOps processes including CI/CD tools.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB.
• Expertise in message broker patterns (CQRS, Saga, Outbox) and scalability/performance patterns.
• Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and major software architecture patterns.
• Excellent business communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
