Description

You design and implement scalable cloud data platforms and AI solutions using AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect Lakehouse environments using Medallion patterns, Delta Lake, and modern data warehousing principles.
• Build batch, streaming, and real-time data pipelines with Spark, PySpark, Airflow, and AWS Glue.
• Implement enterprise data governance via Unity Catalog, Snowflake Governance, and data quality frameworks.
• Design semantic data models and reporting layers for Power BI, Tableau, and Domo.
• Lead AI/GenAI initiatives including RAG, vector search, and agents using Amazon Bedrock and Databricks Genie.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture and engineering.
• Deep expertise in AWS services (S3, Lambda, Glue, MWAA, Kinesis, IAM).
• Proficiency in Databricks and Snowflake ecosystems.
• Strong command of Spark, PySpark, and SQL for data processing.
• Experience with Airflow for orchestration and Glue for ETL.
• Hands-on knowledge of GenAI tools, RAG architectures, and vector search.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FinOps optimization and platform observability.
• Background in mentoring engineers and defining architecture standards.
