You will drive architectural strategy and oversee the design and implementation of technical solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the architectural strategy, roadmap, and standards.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solution blueprints and architectural guidelines.
• Mentor a team of engineers and architects to support their professional growth.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to identify opportunities for performance improvements.
• Oversee architectural alignment across projects and manage the resolution of technical risks.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to select technology solutions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software architecture and design.
• Proven experience developing enterprise architecture roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices.
• Ability to lead and manage teams of architects and engineers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience evaluating and adopting new technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams of architects and engineers.
