Description

Lead full lifecycle implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) using the Siemens Opcenter MOM platform.

Responsibilities

• Own requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprint creation.
• Design solutions with stakeholders using Opcenter EX DS, IPL, and Siemens Digital Logistics.
• Develop business process diagrams, use cases, product mapping, and gap analyses.
• Define integration requirements between MES and L2/L4 level systems.
• Translate solution requirements into actionable tasks for development and assurance teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture or related roles.
• Deep expertise in Siemens Opcenter MOM platform (EX DS, IPL, EX FN, MIO, Digital Logistics).
• Domain experience in Battery Manufacturing or EV Manufacturing industries.
• Proficiency with Java, AWS, MySQL, Angular, and Node.js.
• Ability to articulate complex business processes and manage conflict resolution.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing technical guidance on Opcenter EX FN, DS, and MIO to development teams.
