Description

You will design and implement enterprise-level Salesforce and MuleSoft solutions to meet complex client requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create thorough configuration designs, use cases, test conditions, and training documentation.
• Identify and recommend Salesforce-based solutions, integration points, and architecture to improve scalability.
• Document business processes and wireframe system designs using UML, sequence diagrams, and process flow tools.
• Align technical designs with enterprise architecture to ensure long-term scalability.
• Collaborate with business and development teams to manage solutions through gap analysis and workflow definitions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience implementing enterprise-level projects in Salesforce.
• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce.com and MuleSoft integration.
• Proven experience in at least 3 projects leveraging the full lifecycle of Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms.
• 5+ years of experience creating technical solutions based on business requirements.
• 5+ years of experience producing solution design documents and requirement documentation.
• Proficiency with UML and sequence diagrams.
• Strong ability to document business processes and perform gap analysis.
