Responsibilities:
Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 and .NET technologies
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Lead architecture discussions, technical planning, and solution governance
Develop solution blueprints, integration strategies, and technical documentation
Customize and configure Dynamics CRM modules, entities, workflows, plugins, and business processes
Design and implement integrations with external systems using APIs, Azure services, middleware, and third-party applications
Provide technical leadership to development teams and conduct code/design reviews
Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, QA teams, and stakeholders
Support deployment, release management, and production troubleshooting
Recommend best practices for CRM architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud adoption
Stay updated with Microsoft technology stack and emerging CRM capabilities
Technical Skills
Strong experience with:
Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET Framework
JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
SQL Server and database design
REST/SOAP APIs and web services
Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) preferred
Azure Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Azure DevOps)
Plugins, Workflows, Custom Actions, PCF Controls
Integration frameworks and middleware solutions
Experience Required
8+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies
5+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM/D365 architecture and implementation
Proven experience in client-facing or consulting roles
Experience delivering enterprise-scale CRM solutions
Bachelor's degree
