Description

You will design and lead the delivery of comprehensive business and technical solutions for higher education clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business objectives and desired outcomes to ensure alignment with customer goals.
• Design and convey comprehensive business architecture, including technical and functional solutions from concept through implementation.
• Lead cross-functional implementations in Student Information Systems (SIS), Finance, and HR.
• Maximize SaaS extensibility to drive customer success.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of broad solution delivery experience.
• Proven experience at multiple higher education institutions.
• Technical background with past experience in technical implementation and architecture.
• Ability to architect multiple functional and technical areas.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with higher education delivery in large-scale ERP platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of Ellucian ERP delivery practices and its role within the broader Ellucian solution landscape.
