Description

Lead long-term BI and Data Analytics transformation initiatives through architecture design and capacity planning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement BI and data architectures, ensuring continuous optimization and adherence to best practices.
• Develop technical proposals, scope of work documents, and recommendations for Data Strategy and Consulting engagements.
• Partner with sales teams to conduct technical discovery and provide specific use cases to meet customer objectives.
• Participate in business development by contributing to proactive and competitive RFP responses.
• Identify critical dependencies and gaps within proposed data solutions and architectures.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience in solution architecture, estimation, and capacity planning for BI initiatives.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with major BI platforms, specifically Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience with Big Data, Cloud Technologies, Data Lake, and Cloud Data Warehousing.
• Proven ability to design solutions involving visualization and analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for technical and business discovery.
