Job Responsibilities include:
Lead end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle including planning, execution, and delivery.
Manage implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV) ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives).
Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
Oversee UAT, release management, deployment, and adherence to quality and governance standards.
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce project delivery or technical leadership roles.
Proven experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice (SCV) implementations with strong project management expertise.
Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, stakeholder management, and driving end-to-end Salesforce project execution
