Description

You will lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, focusing on Service Cloud Voice implementations and Agile execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full Salesforce project lifecycle from planning through delivery.
• Manage Service Cloud Voice (SCV) implementation aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Oversee UAT, release management, and deployment governance.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years overall IT experience.
• 8+ years in Salesforce project delivery or technical leadership.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice (SCV).
• Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in stakeholder management and risk mitigation.
• Ability to drive end-to-end project execution within scope and budget.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
