Description

You will design and lead digital adoption strategies using the WalkMe platform.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead WalkMe implementations to optimize user onboarding and engagement.
• Configure WalkMe solutions including Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, ShoutOuts, and Surveys.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, UX/UI teams, and IT to gather requirements and define user challenges.
• Establish governance, best practices, and standards for WalkMe across business functions.
• Monitor user engagement analytics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in digital adoption platforms.
• 3+ years of specific experience in WalkMe architecture and implementation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizing WalkMe functionalities.
• Proven ability to design and configure WalkMe elements such as Smart Walk-Thrus, ShoutOuts, and Surveys.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and change management.
• Experience using data analysis tools to monitor user engagement.
• Ability to manage complex projects and work with cross-functional teams.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• WalkMe Master or Builder Certification.
• Experience with change management frameworks like Prosci ADKAR.
• Experience with other digital adoption platforms (DAPs).
