Description

You will design and implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions for hybrid enterprise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and RBAC.
• Develop federated identity solutions using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Lead IAM projects from requirements gathering through integration across cloud and on-premises systems.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX.
• Support incident response to address vulnerabilities and remediate risks.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years focused specifically on IAM.
• Proficiency with IAM platforms such as ForgeRock or SailPoint.
• Deep knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols including SAML and OAuth 2.0.
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions like CyberArk.
• Ability to use Python or PowerShell for automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related technical field.
• Experience in Zero Trust security model implementation.
