Description

You will design and implement Intelligent Automation solutions using the WorkFusion platform, focusing on ML, RPA, and workflow orchestration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation solutions involving machine learning, large-scale data processing, and API integrations.
• Lead Delivery Engineering teams and mid-size programs to ensure on-time delivery and sustainable work paces.
• Research new technologies to develop prototypes, POCs, and MVPs.
• Translate customer workflows into automation and human micro-task functions.
• Provide onsite execution support during client engagements to deploy and implement solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with Java and Java-based frameworks.
• Expertise in Design Patterns and systems thinking.
• Strong proficiency with relational databases including MSSQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience working within Unix/Linux systems.
• Proven experience in technical project leadership using Agile methods and principles.
• Experience leading engineering groups, including performance evaluation and feedback.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with scripting and object-oriented languages such as Groovy or Python.
• Familiarity with big data, distributed systems, and core ML/AI principles.
