Description

Guide customers and partners through the evaluation, adoption, and expansion of the technology stack. You will own the architectural design and delivery of SD-WAN solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural design services for SD-WAN deployments, including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
• Perform hands-on testing to validate proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and new product features.
• Deliver professional services to strategic customers on an assignment basis.
• Author whitepapers, knowledge base articles, and technical content for customers and partners.
• Evangelize technical leadership across the partner and customer ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience planning, designing, or operating service provider or large enterprise WAN/LAN networks.
• In-depth understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack and operations.
• Expertise in WAN technologies and protocols including MPLS, MPLS-based VPNs, BGP, OSPF, QoS, NAT, and Multicast.
• Experience architecting or managing large-scale, resilient enterprise networking solutions.
• Proficiency in Linux administration.
• Ability to use shell scripting and Python for automation.
• Strong hands-on skills in deploying and troubleshooting complex networks.
• Technical architecture expertise including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).

Preferred Skills

• Operational knowledge of next-gen firewalls, UTMs, IDS/IPS, and malware prevention systems.
• Hands-on experience with public and private cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, OpenStack, or VMware.
• Knowledge of best practice architectures for SaaS applications.
